Meet the MESA Correspondent selected to cover the MESA Webinars (4, 5, 6 and 7)
The MESA Correspondent volunteers report on the latest in malaria research from conferences around the world, and on this occasion on the MESA Webinars: Science for Malaria Impact. The synopses are shared online to be read and videos posted on the MESA YouTube channel.
Nkemngo Francis Nongley has been selected to cover report from the September, October, November, and December sessions of the MESA Webinars. Each webinar lasts one hour and features two speakers presenting for 15 minutes each. Summaries will be posted online on the MESA Correspondents page.
Nkemngo Francis Nongley is a dually trained parasitologist and entomologist research associate at the Centre for Research in Infectious Diseases (CRID), Yaoundé and University of Buea, Cameroon. His research is primarily focused on the genetic interaction between Plasmodium parasite and Anopheles vectors in the context of drug and insecticide resistance and transmission determinants.
