2021 Asia Pacific Leaders Dialogue for Malaria Elimination
The ongoing health crisis has placed regional health security and cross-border collaboration at the top of all political agendas. As the world progressively recovers and learns the lessons from the test of resilience that COVID-19 has put us through, now is the time to consider what the impact has been on health priorities, including malaria.
Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance and Asia Pacific Malaria Elimination Network, in partnership with the Ministry of Health, Royal Government of Bhutan, is hosting a virtual Asia Pacific Leaders Dialogue for Malaria Elimination to advocate for regional collaboration to achieve malaria elimination against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the urgency of this task for regional health security.
