Plasmodium falciparum dormancy in the in vivo parasite clearance time after Artesunate treatment

1)Measure the in vivo parasite clearance by microscopy after administration of a curative dose of artesunate.
2)Measure the in vivo parasite clearance QPCR after administration of a curative dose of artesunate.
3)Assess the in vivo parasites dormancy after artesunate administration.
4)Search for the vivo parasite gene expression related to the dormancy under artesunate drug pressure. 
5)Measure patient's immunity level in the parasite clearance time.
