Mass swarm trapping as malaria vector control initiative in Gambia (MST)
Objectives
To better understand how mass swarm trapping can be implemented as community-based approach for malaria control strategy.
Specific objectives:
1) To characterize swarming and mating behavior of malaria vectors in order to identify the swarm positions in intervention and control villages.
2) To determine how mass swarm trapping could be used as a community-based approach for reducing malaria transmission.
